  12. Substantial, respected citizens thrive here.  No
  13. nonsense or extravagance fits in.  Simplicity and
  14. honest, functional design is in evidence. Everything is
  15. in place but not obsessively so. The inhabitants should
  16. be warm and friendly and straight-shooting -- though
  17. tactful.*

  20.    A place of jovial, pleasant company and stimulating
  21. dialogue.  Many visitors will be found here often.  The
  22. inhabitants will be gregarious with an door open to
  23. almost everyone.  What may happen here is hard to
  24. predict day to day so care must be taken to keep some
  25. semblance of order. The Muses will make this their home
  26. if excess and extravagance doesn't take over and drive
  27. them out. Some governing rules may need to be laid down
  28. in order to avoid chaos.*

  32. that stands for something good and is in itself
  33. something good.  Those with the ability to appreciate
  34. such things will feel it as soon as they enter and will
  35. return again and again. Healthy minds and practical

  37. a good place to get work done.  If something needs
  38. doing then this is the place people will come.*
